Inerestingly enough, (as I hijack this thread for a moment.....but this is a language learning forum, is it not?) In Australian we often refer to "buying a round of drinks" as "shouting" a round of drinks.
i.e. It is DDT's turn to "shout" us all a beer! So put your wallets back in your pants, you wankers!
