I doubt it... I've never heard any native English speaker talk like that.

There are quite a few differences between British English and American English though: "got" vs. "gotten", "color" vs. "colour" (spelling), "pavement" vs. "sidewalk", many slang words, and apparently British English speakers use about 14 different tenses whilst American speakers only tend to use about 3 (this is according to one of my Russian friends who's studying philology and evidently knows a lot about English grammar!)

My native languages is Ukrainian and Russian.
This two languages are very similar. I understand a Polish, Belarussian, Moldavian, cause this languages are real similar. But not a lot of russians can understanding Ukrainian. More interesting to me, how the Swiss understand the three languages at once as native: Italian, Germany and Franch. One year ago I met Swiss who speak this three languages as native, and English in addition. That was umbelievable.
