I personally don't like Moscow... However, I would recommend it to a tourist... As well as I would recommentd St. Pete... They are too different to compare... Both are the must to visit... And both are worth to see...

Not Moscow, not St Petersburg but Yaroslavl
But if I chose between Moscow and St. Petersburg I'd choose second one. I've never been there ( ) but many people say it's a very beautiful city.
