    look for electronic translator

I am looking for a good, reliable, electronic Russian-English translator. I tried a couple maybe 7 years ago. (Now I have interest again) It was frustrating. They either went out of work after a month of use. or it could only recognize the original form of a word. For example, I was reading Russian newspaper, and came upon a new word - читающих, I typed in читающих, and the translator told me that there is not such word. But it can translate the word - читать. If I know the original form of читающих is читать, I am probably a Russian. Then I don't need help.
Do anyone know a good and durable translator? If you do, can you tell me the brand or model?

No, you're just someone with a third-grade education, since the concept of "stems" is very straight-forward.
Заранее благодарю всех за исправление ошибок в моём русском.

Well seems like the technology hasn't changed much from 7 years cuz they all pretty much still suck. You might describe them is peezдаюших can you find the stem in that one.
