    can't make out what thay say

    Hi everyone!
    Can someone please help me to make out what is said in these files?

    1) 刳瑾瑩 intelligence and creativity.mp3
    2) 刳瑾瑩 40 good teacher.mp3

    Here I only write the sentences or extracts I haven't been able to make out. Those I've completely understood I don't write.

    1) The differences say between intelligence and creativity is ... (only to the end of the sentence).
    So with the hands ... (only to the pause)
    Between "ok?" and "Intelligence can be objectively measured ..."
    So we have standart tests, puzzles ... And creativity is measured ... So to summon all up, intelligence is, erm, a mental process ... to anything.
    A small child ... could create something. Erm, I think the other way round, erm, ... (to "I think intelligence usually ...").
    And they ... have to be linked ... to gain ... of any kind.

    2) In this ... must be very friendly.
    So must be friendly ...and enthusiastic ...
    Divise ... projects to keep.
    Not just ... but listen to the students.
    good relationship ... to the students desks.

    1) The differences say between intelligence and creativity is if we look at intelligence
    So with the hands it might be sculpting, with the body say in dance and with the voice in acting (only to the pause)
    Between "ok?" How would you sum up the difference? Well, just to go back a bit the "Intelligence can be objectively measured ..."
    So we have standard tests, puzzles, exams, etcetera ... And creativity is measured in the eye of the beholder or say in acting the ear of the listener as well ... So to sum it all up, intelligence is, erm, a mental process applied to anything.
    A small child with little intelligence could create something. Erm, however I think the other way around, erm, I don’t think it ??? the other way around (to "I think intelligence usually breeds creativity").
    And indeed the two have to be linked for a man or a woman to gain recognition of any kind.

    2) In this day and age must be very friendly.
    So they must be friendly and also very enthusiastic about the subject that they’re teaching and creative
    and devise let’s say different sorts of projects to keep …
    Not just spout off, you know, what they are teaching but listen to the students so there must be a good relationship from their desk to the students’ desks.

    Kib... may I inquire as to why you were listening to this particular interview? Was it just to practice or do you have an interest in being a teacher or the arts?

    Kib... may I inquire as to why you were listening to this particular interview? Was it just to practice or do you have an interest in being a teacher or the arts?
    Well, actually, I'm doing a course of phonetics at university, and our task is to listen to things like the interview and read them - and then even by heart - the way the announcers do it. And as there are some texts that are not provided with text, I have to do the job.
    By the way, if I was going to be a teacher, I would consider what the girl said. I completely agree with her, and I even think there are a lot more things about a good teacher.
