    What tense?

В ближайшее время в случае согласования финансовых условий будут выполнены расчеты и дано описание остальных согласованных вариантов.

In the near future, in case of finansial terms reach an agreement, the calculations will be made and the description of the rest of agreed variants will be given.

I'm confused about the selected part. Which tense should I use?

I would say 'after the finacial terms are agreed upon' or 'provided the financial terms are found agreeable'.

This sounds like some kind of legal document, which would usually have intensly complex wording, for no reason other than to sound more important.

    Thanks a lot, how's that:
In the near future, provided the financial terms are found agreeable, the calculations will be made and the description of the rest of agreed variants will be given.

Maybe I should use "would" instead of "will"?

No, I think 'will' is better. It sounds more optomistic to me.
I'm not sure 'variants' is the proper word, it depends on what you're talking about (I have no idea what your sentence is about) but 'terms of agreement' might be better.

The selected part should read "In the event of the financial terms reaching an agreement".

    Maybe.

Although it sounds a bit weird with "in the near future" being before it

My version (which may or may not work, depending on the context):

Provided that an agreament is achieved regarding the financial terms, calculations will be made in the near future and the rest of agreed-upon variants/versions/possibilites will be described.

You should not use "would", since the Russian sounds very positive on that point. If an agreement is reached, the calculations will be made.

I'd probably go with this one as well (it's agreement though ); you can use either "reached" or "achieved" (personally, I'd use reached).
It also sounds better and more fluent to put the subphrase at the beginning of the sentence - not wrong to leave it where it was in the Russian version, just a bit less heavy .

    So, my version:
Provided that an agreement is reached regarding the financial terms, calculations will be made in the near future and the rest of (the) agreed-upon variants/versions/possibilites will be described.
