1.Это тот дом, в котором вы жили, когда учились в институте?
- Is that house where you lived during your studies at the university?

2.Я всегда буду помнить день, когда я приехал в Москву.
- I will always remember the day when I came to Moscow.

3.Это тот город, в котором вы родились?
- Were you born in this city?
или же:
- Is it the city where you were born?

(to be more precise)

1. "studies" is uncommon in this case. Not wrong, just sounds like a foreigner. Better: "Is that the house you lived in when you were studying at the university?"

Normally: "Is that where you lived/the house you lived in when you were a student?

2. Perfect.

3. Were you born in this city? Good
Is this the city you were born in? Good
Is it the city where you were born? Not good
Is this the city where you were born? Good

Or,

Were you born here, in this city? Also good

1. You can use any of the variants above. I personally would say, 'Is that where you lived while you were at university'

2. 'I will always remember the day when I came to Moscow' is fine. I would leave out the 'when' here though. It sounds better without it.

3. 'Were you born in this city?' is best.
