Well, i believe the word 'дорогая' suits here better)))))

If you say 'любимая' it blatantly suggests 'I love you' (is that your case?)

'дорогая' can be used for any occasion, even said to a girl in the street (though it'd be a bit rude) or to a girl you know for a couple of minutes, so it's kind of neutral (doesn't imply 'I love you'),

i think it's close to what you mean by 'Call me, love'

So my variant is 'дорогая'... unless you are gay ))) in which case 'дорогой' could be used))))
