"As of" может означать "начиная с..." и "в, на (какой-то момент)". В данном случае, я думаю, человек имел в виду "в данный момент", "прямо сейчас". Тебе должно быть виднее в контексте фильма.

I have no any idea what the last sentence could mean.

In the context given the girls don't know that Frankie is a good dancer, or maybe they don't expect him to be a good dancer, and so will be pleasantly surprised when they dance with him.

in for indicates that somebody will experience something such as a surprise or a shock

I think she is just referring to the girls, that is young women, who will be lucky enough to dance with Frankie sometime in the future.

I don't understand that part of the dialogue. What is Mickey Mantle? What pinstripes is he talking about?

Mickey Mantle (the one on the right I think) was a famous baseball player for the New York Yankees team. You can see the pinstripes on the uniform they wear.

The Russian tranlation of this line is: "Я выбран почетным членом самого известного клуба города New Rochelle". I actually don't trust Russian translations of foreign movies; quite often they are awful, and they are always "free"...

Yes you are right, there are two as you have indicated, so a comma would indicate a pause between them.
