Let me be a free man, free to travel, free to stop, free to work, free to trade where I choose, free to choose my own teachers, free to follow the religion of my fathers, free to talk, think and act for myself. - Chief Joseph, Nez Perce
Some archaeologists say the origin of Aryans is Siberia but because the weather got cold in Siberia in about 5000 years ago and because the population of Aryans increased they had to immigrate to the South . but some other archaeologists say the origin of Aryans and other indo-European races is Caucas and thus they call all indo-European people as Caucasians.Originally Posted by DDT
so I'm not sure Aryans are from Siberia or from Caucas , but we know before 5000 years ago there weren't any Aryans in Iran plateau , but after that 3 major groups of Aryans came to Iran plateau and named this land as Iran (the land of Aryans ) , some Iranian nationalists say Iran is the mother land of all Indo-European people , but you can't trust on nationalists speeches .
Because of stupid Hitler idea about Aryan ( Nazism portrayed their interpretation of an "Aryan race" as the only race capable of creating culture and civilizations, while other races are merely capable of some preservation) the word of Aryan is sometimes avoided as being tainted.
Persian , Sanskrit (ancient language of Indians ) and most of European languages have the same origin thus Iranians , Indians and Europeans must have the same origin too , but time and history separated us from each other.
A lot about Persian (or any other language) can be found here: http://www.omniglot.com/writing/persian.htm
Good page.
