    verbs of motion

    Hi everyone,

Just getting stuck into the lovely world of verbs of motion. As you've probably guessed the subjects driving me potty.

Is there a good textbook i could get purely about verbs of motion. I'd feel so much better if i could just get to grips with it.

    Thanks

    Joe

Verbs of motion are an idea from the Devil himself. I don't know about any books that might help you, but I do wish you all the luck in the world trying to understand how they work. You'll need it...

    RUSSIAN GRAMMAR IN ILLUSTRATIONS

Not sure how easy it is to find, but it's great.

It's called something like, "Verbs of Motions through pictures". It's page after page after page of little diagrams/cartoons displaying the verb of motion.

i.e someone riding his bike across a bridge
i.e someone riding his bike around in a circle, etc...

I know I have a copy at home somewhere. It's awesome. If you do a search on Google....FOUND IT!!! You just inspired me to dig it out of the closet. It's called...

    RUSSIAN GRAMMAR IN ILLUSTRATIONS

It's pretty rare to find. I think it was originally a publication in the USSR for non-russian speakers but you can find used copies on Amazon.com or other bookstores on the web. Here's the link to Amazon for it...
