    Gerhard - Герхард / Гергагд
    Wolfgang - Волфганг
    Nadine - Нэйдин
    Katrin - Кэтрин
    Dolly - Долли

Just my 5 cents on several names (they can be used as well as those TATY pointed out)

    Leah - Лия
Gerhard - Гергагд (never heard of this variant)
    Wolfgang - Вольфганг
Nadine - Надин (second syllable stressed)
Katrin - Катрин (second syllable stressed)
    Charlotte - Шарлотта
Laura - Лаура ("у" is stressed)

Emily - Эмили (English person), Эмилия (Russian person)
Elizabeth - Элизабет (English person), Елизавета (Russian person). The English queen's name would be Елизавета, not Элизабет

I have no time at the moment to go through names but there could be variants.
    Anatoli - Анатолий - أناتولي - 阿纳托利 - アナトーリー - 아나톨리

Charlotte in English is pronounced Sharlot. There no sound after the T.

In English Laura is pronounced Lor-a
Your translit sounds like La-oo-ra which sounds sillt.
    Гергард is based on English/German H = Russian G
I agree with the soft sign in Wolfgang.

As I said, I'm not against your variants. I've just added some that sound more Russian-like. Like Анатолий said, Elisabeth can be called Елизавета, the same way as Charlotte can be Шарлотта (as well as Шарлотт, surely).
