EDIT: The character's full name is Yuri Mikhailovich Kirov... I think this is the proper form?
Yurochka (Юрочка) is how a fat wifie would call her effeminate poof of a son. A deminutive but in no ways pansified version of the name is Yurik (Юрик). At least that's what lads would say.
