First of all, it's not a translation - but hey, we know what you mean

Always difficult. In this case I would go for:
    Фэйт Элиз Спрадлин

Your first name is the most problematic, because the Russian language does not have the sound "th". I have replaced it with a "t" sound - this is fairly conventional. The "ai" in Faith is best represented by эй IMHO.
For your second (middle) name, I'm not so sure. Is it pronounced "Eleez" with the first 'e' like 'bed'? If so, I think the above is best. But if it's pronounced "Elees" then Элис is better. I suppose your version, Илис, is OK too.
Your last name is not particularly controversial (although Russians will tend to say "Sprahdleen", but that's pretty much unavoidable).

Ok yeah my friend Анна told me that there was no 'th' sound so she said that i might had to of put that x at the end.. and yeah my middle name doesnt start with the sound eh its more like ee like in free so i thought that the и appropriate its like 'eelees' well that looks wierd.. and my last name yeah my friend said that it would be that... and since the a always sounds like ah in russian i can see how they would pronounce it that way. as long as they dont say spradley...my teachers say that...which i dont get why. theres not a y in it... but anyways thanx. maybe i could actually translate the word faith into russian and use that since there is no 'th' sound...that'd be cool.

The name "Вера" is probably the closest translation.

"th" is really just one sound represented by two letters. Since Russian does not follow English spelling rules, this would not really work out very nicely - try saying "Feit-kh."

If you think about it, do the letter T and H combined make th? No, they sound nothing like it. Russian X isn't even English H.

Whereas when Russian is transliterated in English, we do it letter for letter. Whn English is transliterated into Russian, because english spelling is fucked up, they do it phonetically.
E.g. my last name is Clarke.
In Russian its Кларк. Because Кларке or Кларкэ has two syllables, whereas my name only has one.

its because "e" in english and "e" in russian have different sounds...in russian it has "ye" sound.

Besides that, the "e" on the end of "Elise" is silent.

yeah the e on Elyse is silent. and adding it in russian would make it elisye or eliseh or elisi.. yeah that's quite awkward... anyways... yea

Faith, I would recommend you to spell your last name with 'э', so it sounds like the most closest variant to the English one: Спрэдлин. Nowadays there is a kind of tendency here, in Russia, to reproduce names as much close as it is possible. However, it is not unanimously accepted to have [э] for [ae] all the time. But I think my offer is very sensible for you.
