All of them have complicated relationships, or it would be boring to watch.
For example Cameron fell for House at first.
When she understood that it was futile she fell in love with Chase. Hard.
//Oh, Chase!

House likes teasing his team. Once he sacked them all all of a sudden.
//You're fired!
Well, not exactly like that. Some of them quit.

Then House took 40 applicants and started testing them in different ways.

And picked a new team. But we'll continue as if he still had an old team.

To understand what happens to the patient his team does various tests. Sometimes they are simple, for example a blood test.
//It doesn't even hurt, does it?

As a rule such tests are useless. What's more they are not entertaining.

It's much more interesting to do some horrible test.
To put a patient in a tube, for example.
Or to insert a tube in a patient's mouth. Or somewhere else.

It's even better to make a patient jogging until something bad happens.
Usually during these tests something always happens, and they electrocute the patient until (s)he wakes up.
//Charge!

But most of all House likes sending his team to break into patient's house and to look for something.
//Patient's house
// A bag (in case they'll find something)

Sometimes they even succeed.
//I've found a toxic detergent.
//And I've found a tasty pasty.

Due to the things that were found there House sometimes manages to correctly diagnose a patient.
//You got poisoned with oatmeal cookies.
