Two short comments:

1) Увековечивать память - very formal and poetic (elevated style), увековечивать - lit., to keep in centuries, keep in annals of history
2) круто is teenager's slang, very casual; not the word you would use in neutral style speaking to your boss (I personally rarely use it, just for fun to sound too casual on purpose).
