Сёмин: Ну она первый год существует, посмотрим что будет дальше. А так я ничего не могу пока сказать.
Корреспондент: А в Америке воспринимают КХЛ серьёзно, всё-таки? На уровне болельщиков, например?
Сёмин: Ну это только в этом году я ещё туда не летал, я не знаю как там. То есть сейчас ничего не могу конкретно сказать
Корреспондент: Вот вы сами сейчас к сезону готовитесь уже?
Сёмин: Да, я дома тренируюсь.
Корреспондент: Здесь, в Москве?
Сёмин: Нет, в Красноярске.

Сёмин: Ну да, он хороший вклад в команду внёс. Подсказывает много и сам хорошо играет.

много refers to отдыхать, otherwise it should be "очень вредно".

Thanks guys for the translation. I was wondering, why is it "Paluchilas vosmozhnost" and not "poluchilsya vosmozhnost" since Alexander is a guy?

it's like an impersonal statement, получилась doesn't refer to him but to возможность. It means something like an opportunity presented itself.
