Exactly. This is a site for LEARNERS of Russian. Therefore it is aimed at NON-RUSSIANS. But there are lots of Russians here. And the fact that 2/3 of what is written here is in Russian means nothing. Even if all of the 2/3 is written by Russians, it still doesn't disprove my point that the two single biggest groups of people are Russians and Americans.

There is debate and there is one sided biased nonsense that people like Serbian Wolf spout. This is site is about Russia, go and talk about Serbia on a site about Serbia.
