Такие комбинаты есть в каждом районе

In a dialogue abt комбинаты бытового обслуживания I read the following phrases:
A- Сколько таких комбинатов в городе?
B - Много. Такие комбинаты есть в каждом районе.
But everywhere I see that есть is only 3rd. p. sng. If the subjet would be Много... but in this case it would be: Много таких ... Is there an error? Thank you.

"Есть" actually is the present form of the verb "быть" for all persons and for both sng. and pl. Another question that it is almost never used...
But, if you really want to emphasize the verb, you should use "есть":
    Я и есть его брат!
Так ты и есть тот человек, который нас шантажировал?
    Мы и есть её родители!
Так вы и есть те, кого мы ждали?
Кто это? Это они? - Да, это они и есть.

The "есть" would be stressed in all these sentences.

P.S. "Такие комбинаты есть в каждом районе" is a perfectly correct sentence. Another examples:
Маша и Ваня недавно поженились, и у них уже есть дети.
У меня есть два карандаша и три ручки.
    У тебя есть нужные учебники?
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

    Exactly.

    For advanced learners:
There is also an archaic form суть", for 3d person pl only (≈"являются"), but it is bookish and rarely used.

Не суть важно (разг.) не столь существенно.
Other forms of the verb "быти" are even more rare, people use them only to imitate the old language.
