я думаю что есть слово 'училка' - значит учитель, но в грубой форме?

я думаю что есть также слово для школьник - тоже грубое - на я забыл его.

может быть 'школната'?

Училка is not as much rude as it is dismissive. Of course, if you'd say it in a teacher's face that'd be rude, but if there's no teachers around, then it's just a word that shows that you do not think much of a specific teacher. Same goes for the word you were looking for there, which is школота.
