    What kind of words are these?

    Some of these words aren't standard Russian, are they dialectical, old fashioned or what?

    Вань, - говорил он дьякону, - большую ты, Вань, промашку дал. Тебе бы
    имени моего ужаснуться, а ты в мою телегу сел. Ну, если мог ты еще
    прыгать, покеле меня не встренул, так теперь надругаюсь я над тобой, Вань,
    как пить дам надругаюсь...
    Кому - нары, кому - Канары.

    All of them are archaic and are never userd in the modern language

    покеле = покуда, while
    встренул = встретил, met
    как пить дам = как пить дать, for sure

    Of cource these words are not used in modern language, but even now you can hear such dialect in countryside, not in big cities.
