Чтобы добраться до моего дома, тебе нужно (будет) пройти/проехать (depends on the means of reaching, you can even пробежать or проползти ) 150 метров по xxx-дороге

Mistake: I wanted to write the forementioned road. It sound like an "adult" expression.
