i have no particular reason to post this- its just someone said it to me today at work to describe someone, and I have nobody to say it to and I like the phrase.

after a bit of searching I see it is from a film The diamond arm Бриллиантовая рука,

Also another one I have recently heard is иди в баню, get lost? Which I also like. from Ирония судьбы, which I would recommend to any english speakers!.
