2. Выпускается = is manufactured, выпускаться = to be manufactured, to be produced. Производить(ся) is the synonym here. Собираться = to assemble (in this case the equipment is supposed to be assembled, like a vehicle or bike)

I wouldn't translate 'subtract' and 'become' as separate words, the whole sentence as a whole unit should be translated: If from the price I subtract the discount the total price will become one thousand euro - С учетом скидки конечная стоимость составляет 1000 евро. - lit. The discount being considered, the final price is 1000 euro.

However, if you badly need to translate 'subtract' and 'become' and insist on using the future tense, you can say: Если вычесть (subtract) из стоимости скидку, окончательная цена будет (will become) составлять 1000 евро.
