That's how I'd correct it. Not "я тоже смогу" (which means "me, too"), but "и из России" (which means "from Russia, too").Так как_ я экскурсовод, я надеюсь, что однажды я _ смогу работать с туристами и из России (or "и с туристами из России").
You don't need to repeat "они" here.Русские - они умные
NO COMMA and no quotation marks here.В Малайзии_ всегда _лето_.

If the answer is 27 million, then the question should be "Какова численность населения Малайзии?"5. Какое население в Малайзии?
Население _ Малайзии составляет около двадцати семи миллионов человек. (The population of Malaysia is about 27 million)
The original question means ~"Who lives in Malaysia (What is the population of Malaysia?)" to me.

Oh, sorry.
I was very inattentive this time.

It's sunny most of the time, except during the rainy seasons. Depending on my mood, sometimes I say we have "spring" 365 days a year, sometime I say we have "summer" all year long. We don't really have spring or summer, but sometimes it feels like it.

I understand perfectly well what you meant. Moreover "там всегда лето" is a quite common phrase in Russian. The point is that we don't use quotation marks in it. Maybe it's okay in English, but it's incorrect and looks bad in Russian.
