    "I'm not the one..."

A simple question just occurred to me. In constructions such as Это не я же делаю, псих!, should the verb agree with я or это? Это не я делает?

Well, "it" here is a direct object, "I am not doing it". So verb agrees with "I". If you wanted to say "It isn't I/me who is doing it" - Это не я, кто делает (это/этого)

    Clear as ink?

No, it's not correct. "Это не я это делаю" means "It isn't I/me who is doing it". But anyway "(не) я" is the subject and "делаю" is predicate. We don't say "Это не я, кто делает это".

"I am not doing it" one can translate "Я этого не делаю" or using "же" from original sentence "Я же этого не делаю".

    Ну или "сверьтесь" (с учебниками)...
Я исправила на то, что было ближе по орфографии
