Лерево здание -nouns from neutral gender. Require adjectives ended in ОЕ
Должно быть так.машина жёлтая. машина не зелёная.
Цветок оранжевый. Цветок не белый.
Монета золотая. Монета не серебряная.
Дерево зелёное. Дерево не коричневое.
Сумка головвя Что это?. Сумка не красная.
Дом красный. Дом не чёрный.

If I want just to say the name of the colours , is just put the neutral end OE ? IN portuguese it would be like this.
Well, more or less. But a bit more complicated. Endings of adjectives are changed according to the number, gender (one of three) and case (one of six). To select proper ending one has to know combination of those factors and a pattern for a given stem.
As far as I remember now there are two basic patterns: for stems ended by hard consonant and for stems ended by soft consonant.
For example here are endings for single, nominative case, for three genders:
1) (hard) Красный, красная, красное
2) (soft) Синий, синяя, синее
There are some exceptions, of course. For example some color adjectives has no ending at all (mainly of foreign origin).
Humans talk because they are too stupid to keep silence.
