Thread: a few simple words/phrases

Can somebody help me translate these?
I am a little to drunk to look up these words so I figure I might as well give you guys some practice.

1. Are you open/closed?
I walked into the store and nobody was there except a clerk. So I wanted to ask the clerk if they were open.

2. I am full/stuffed.
After a big meal.

3. Enjoy/Enjoy your meal
What a waiter says after setting the main course of a meal in front of you.

4. Reserved.
There was on a sign on a table.

It means "I got so drunk" as well :)

How do you say the following in Russian?

"This seems unnatural to me"
My guess: Это мне кажется неестественным.

"This sounds unnatural to me"
My guess: Это мне звучит неестественным.

This phrase may come in handy.

What a horrible sentence. I don't like the Americans' over use of the word "figure". And "guys", yuck. Even if I were drunk I wouldn't let my English slip to that level :P

That reminds me of something. I heard that when people say "естественно", they shorten it up to "есесвенно" or something, just so they don't have to say so many letters.

See even Russians don't like to say all those letters!

I looked up the word "unnatural" in my dictionary and it also said "противоестественный"

So can you also say?

Это мне кажется противоестественным.
This seems unnatural to me.

Or is the meaning different?

противоестественно - against your nature, almost perverted
неестественно - does not in accord with your nature, awkward

Я тоже вспомнила именно эту цитату ))) В оригинале он просит не превращать его в лягушку, если я правильно помню.
