I'm told this..

Then I ask explanation about it and I receive this

это старые руусские слова и выражения... переводу не поддаётся....
а смысл таков: не слишком ли ты рано написал "я тебя хочу"?

may be something like this?
"Want to be with smashed face? Not so fast, mister....you still not married, but want go so far, huh?"
(сопатка=нос, барин=landlord)

I was just chatting having fun with a random woman, she told me that and she is from novosibirsk!!

I heard it is the third biggest city in Russia!!!

I'm from Novosibirsk too. Yes it's big.

I guess that woman was quoting from a classic or something. сапатка is not that old, although most people in European Russia would be more likely to say something like "Ща как дам в лоб" or something similar with лоб in it (лоб being the forehead)
экие вы прыткие барин ещё не женились, а уже вон куда!!!!!!!!!!!!!- that one is real archaic, the meaning is you're rushing into things, possibly the underlying message is that you're supposed to get married before hitting on women like her. In any case it does sound like a quote, possibly even from a movie.
