Does "pokah" mean good bye?

Does "pokah" mean good bye?
Not always. It's slang. "Pokah" itself has also such meanings as: for the time being, for the time present, while, whilst, meanwhile

Note, that Al Polonski's translations of "You are pretty/cute" are said only to a female, you can't say it that way to a man.
