Email - Identify language and translate

    Hi there

A friend of mine got a weird Email in response to a complaint to a store about selling fur.
To me it looks like some kind of Slavic language, maybe Russian written in the Arabic alphabet.

I'd appreciate your help in identifying the language and translating it.

    Mnguni, matrangi Maria !!

Just a gibberish. Looks like someone who doesn't know Russian or any other Slavic language tried to imitate it. I can make an in-depth analysis of the meaninglessness of this text but it doesn't really worth it.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.
