    Please help with translation :-)

How do you translate the following?
    Big thanks is advance.

Though you are smart, you do not know everything.
Хотя Вы умный, не знаете все.

    Appearance is not everything.
    Появление - не все.

You do not have realistic expectations.
    У вас нет реалистических ожиданий.

I will take care of you.
    Я буду заботиться о Вас.

She wants to start a family.
    Она хочет начать семейство.
Какая разница, умереть богатым или бедным?

Какой толк от богатства если ты не счастлив.

1)Though you are smart, you do not know everything.
Хотя Вы умный, вы не знаете всего (genitive).

    2)Appearance is not everything.

Here we need a context, but most probably it's
Внешний вид - это еще не все.

3)You do not have realistic expectations.

This sentence is look better when it's switched around
    Ваши ожидания не реалистичны.

4)I will take care of you.
    Я буду заботиться о Вас. - Perfect!

5)She wants to start a family.

    I believe it's
Она хочет <выйти замуж и> завести детей.
You did mean that she wanted to get married and/or to have children, right? There is no literal translation for "to start a family", so you have to say it like this.

Well, after a consideration... You can say "Она хочет завести семью" - but it will mean that she want to get married first and than to have children. If she is married now, it will sound strange.

I think "Она хочет создать семью." will be OK here.

It's better to say "Хоть вы и умный, вы не знаете всего"

    Appearance is not everything.
    Появление - не все.
I'd say "Внешность -- это еще не все"

She wants to start a family.
    Она хочет начать семейство.
    Она хочет завести семью.

Well, guys, for american people "to start a family" means "to start having kids", not "to get married and start having kids" - than's why I hesitated.

I think создать семью may mean that too.

Well you will hardly say "Мы решили создать семью" when you are already married, but americans will - that's the difference. At first I was confused, when they were saying "my husband and I we decided to start a family this year".

Why do you use genitive "всего" here? I would think you would use accusative since "everything" is the direct object.

    Here is some context:
Princess: I am the most beautiful woman in the world so you have to do everything I say. If not, then I am leaving.
Prince: Yes you are the most beautiful woman in the world. But appearance is not everything.

True, but with negated transitive verbs, знать in this case, you use the genetive. For example:
    She doesn

What do you mean by "transitive" verbs.

He did not take my book.
    Он не взял мою книгу.
    or
    Он не взял моего книги.

Oh, in this context you better say "красота - это еще не все", because "внешний вид - это еще не все" sounds too formal and kinda stiff for the prince-princess dialog.
