Well, the actual word probably is придатки, but in this context, the word was put in another case, genitive?, dative? An internet translation program said it is "appendanges", but I know that isn't correct. Here is the context:

Еще, у меня опять воспаление придатков и это уже совсем не смешно. Врач сказал, что если это перейдет в хроническое, то в будущем могут
возникнут серьезные проблемы, так как мне еще надо рожать детей. Врач еще сказал, беречь себя и очень тепло одеваться.
