Thread: two sentences

все будет правда
все будит правда

do any of the two above sentences make any sense? are they gramatically correct ? my friend insists the 2nd one says 'all truth will be exposed' but isnt the grammatical structure wrong ??

first is nonsensical

second is ok (still not much sense in it), but the word order is reversed which is why you think it is wrong.

Everything is awakened/roused by the truth.
Правда is the subject, всё is the object.

Obj. should prob. be animate, hence Всех будит правда.

1. Everything will be truth
Not much sense
2. Truth awakens everything
(A very awkward thing to say but grammatically correct).

I can guess, maybe the originally was:

Всё будет, правда.

Everything will be, really.
