I am in the process of catalog them - I don't want to be an ignorant of my collection - So, I need to know their transliterated member names and their (near) place of living by knowing their Komsomol District committees.

Talking about where I got them, many ukrainians and russians sell them on e-bay, forums and other websites together with a great deal of communist paraphernalia.

Now, since I answered your question, would you be kind enough to help me out?

Thanks.
Don't take it personal. It's not like I'm against these kinds of things. It's just that I always find it curious when foreigners meddle with this kind of lost history. But I guess your reason is as good as any

As for what's written in that picture. Well, it's not Russian there. I think it's Bellorussian and I don't have the means to type everything exactly as it's written there. But here it is:

Назва арганизации, яка выдала билет - Барановицким ГКЛКСМБ Брэсцкой вобл.

If translated to modern Russian:

Название организации, выдавшей билет - Барановицким ГКЛКСМБ Брестской области

As far as I can tell ЛКСМБ is an acronym for Ленинский коммунистический союз молодёжи Белоруссии and ГК in front of that is most likely государственный комитет
