Hello iCake. Why do you feel such a sentiment? You dread? I am just a Komsomol Card (Комсомольский билет) collector. My goal is to collect one or two of these tickets for every former Soviet Union Republic. For Russia SFSR I want to have at least 4 cards because it was the biggest and more important Republic.Quote:

As far as I can tell ЛКСМБ is an acronym for Ленинский коммунистический союз молодёжи Белоруссии and ГК in front of that is most likely государственный комитет
I didn´t took it personal. It could happen you be some patriot disapproving foreigners to take up Russia's historical documents. For instance I know there are thousands of people that collect nazi items and documents all across the world, including russians (some of them usually sell them abroad also).
You were quite right, the language is from Belarus. And that's what make Komsomol cards beautiful. They are bilingual (except, off course, from Russia SFSR). It was my mistake, I posted the image of the second page of the card which is in belarusian.
I just find difficult to interpret the hand written cyrillic - That is why I sought help.
