Ya tebya lyublyu silno, tselyuy nezhno i obnimayu krepko.

I think it's something like

My love towards you is so great, that it cannot be measured. You are the only person for me. I love you strongly, kiss you softly and hug you tightly.

Not necesserally. Gramatically "Человек" is of masculine gender, so it requires masculine endings, but it may denote a woman as well as a man.
"Ты самый любимый мой человек" -- it may be both.
