i kind of figured hey well someone gave me a link to another site ill try that instead most of that stuff is made in the states it just came up when i googled russian t-shirts and cccp thats lame

I guess this is the gift for you friend in S.A.? Why not check out like "soviet posters" on ebay or something? Everybody loves posters and there are some really cool soviet ones. And they should travel pretty easily to boot.

"Дам но не вам", comes from a well-known joke based on play on words. I can tell but I cannot translate it.
