Thread: is there anyway to translate Russian emails

my friend likes to send me emails in russian but they come out funny all weird is there a way to translate them? i use msn hotmail.but they come out like this.

Try to change Character encoding in your browser
KIO8-R or Windows 1251 (Windows Cyrillic)

I changes one language setting for the dictionary tree I use but still cant get it to show up on my hotmail. perhaps I'm doing this wrong...any help on this is much appreciated
