I would like to translate this phrase please - informal to a female with some humor:

"interesting elvish nickname - it does suits your personality perfectly, don't you think so?"

I'm an absolute beginner and came up with this:

"интересная эльфийская прозвище - оно подходит вашей личности отлично, ты не так думаешь?"

The closest to your variant grammatically correct phrase is:

«Интересное эльфийское прозвище — оно отлично подходит к твоей личности, ты так не думаешь?» (if you mean her nickname IRL)
or
«Интересный эльфийский ник — он отлично подходит к твоей личности, ты так не думаешь?» (if you mean her nickname on the internet)

If you like a literary translation rather than word-by word one then it should be something like:
Интересный эльфийский ник — он очень тебе идет, не так ли?
