Thread: Short translation needed. Msg when calling russian phone

I get this message when calling a russian cell phone (I have cut out must of the number).

What is the speaker saying ? I still have difficulties picking up enough of the sounds to convert it back into letters to lookup up.

I am pretty sure the meaning is, that the phone can't be reached, and that I can leave a message after the beep. But what is being said ?
