Thread: Russian Orphanage Sign

Hello,

I am trying to help my friend find his orphanage which was in or near Vladivostok. He was adopted around 2000 or 2001. Can anyone help to identify this orphanage, and can anyone translate what it says?

You already asked it here and I doubt you can get more info from this sign. Those pictures look like a part of something bigger. If you have a bigger picture there is a sense to upload it and ask at some local Vladivostok forum.

All state shcools (also orphanages) in Russia has a number. Numbers are always shown on official plates. This plate doesn't contain number and looks very strange. Are you sure it isn't fake?
