    Как в Вас бизнес?
I'm sure it was supposed to be something like "Как ваши дела?", as Chuvak has already said. Was it? If so, I beleive this could be translated as "How is it going?" or "How are you?"

Probably so, but I didn't recognize that form (ваши дела\ваш бизнес). I just figured by the next line "How's your work?" it meant this guy was interested in both how the business was operating as a whole and how this individual guy was woking. But after looking at it again, you may very well be right. Chuvak must have deleted his translation though -- I never saw it -- it was just a Russian quote field.

There wasn't any translation. The quote field contains revised original.

    No, it can't.

But "photograph" in place of second "congratulations" definitely makes sense. The whole thing leaves an impression of not very good translation from some other language. I suspect that the first "Поздравления!!!" was "Привет!!!" initially (Hi!!!). These are just my guesses.
