I'm trying to register to a website but unfortunately cant understand the captcha

It is ungrammatical Russian. Says something like _____ the surname of the President of Russia
I can't make out the first word.

Oh, I get it. You have to enter Путин in the box.

The first word is an ungrammatical form from "напечатай" (=type). Letters are transposed there. I don`t understand why.

It should be Медведев actually.

It looks like a human check system (captcha) which check if the person reading that web-page is a human or a spy-ware robot. This is why it was made ungrammatical.
