I think it misses a lot of punctuations and Google translate isn't making much sense of it.

And also this :

ужасно кольнули губы ьебе.

Something about pricked lips ??

Last part sounds strange. I suppose she were talking about tatoo (pin up) and cosmetic procedures (pull up).
"ужасно кольнули губы себе." = Probably "They awfully pricked theirs lips". I suppose it is about cosmetic procedure.

Makes sense... they are into cosmetics yes.
