    Mate, Pal, Bud etc.

Can someone give me a few examples of Russian colloquiallisms for the word 'friend' or for familiar terms of address.

Where I live, you can hear terms like Mate, Buddy (Bud), Pal, etc. For example: "How are you doing, Bud?" or "I'm just gonna have a few beers at a Mate's house!".

    Does Russian have something similar?
