Thank you so much!! That all makes sense. I just need to sound things out sometimes, and then I would find myself smarter than I give "Ja" credit for... The long words just LOOK so daunting.

I didnt know the russian word before this but it only took me 1 second to figure it out.

Well yes, Dogboy, it is easy when you break it in to nice syllables... so I don't have enough patience! The interesting twist for me is to see the various interpretations of the last word - complex or course of treatment...i.e., is it a place to go or a schedule of appointments to complete. I can see either way makes sense.

I have hippopotomonstrosesquipedalophobia for such words.

By the way, spell the word correctly:
