I think I got what you mean. I'd say снег белый (снег бел is grammatically correct though that type of adjective is not used often.) For example: Она красива и умна = Она красивая и умная the first variant is more poetic while the second is more common.

    How do you say,
    the German teacher
учитель немецкого (языка) или немецкий учитель
Учитель немецкого (языка) is the correct phrase.

    How would you say,
    I now play the guitar.
Я теперь играю на гитарру или Я играю теперь на гитарру.
Or would you change теперь to сейчась.
Я сейчас играю на гитаре. теперь means "and now" сейчас means "just now, at this moment". Я теперь играю на гитаре means that I used to play a different instrument (say, piano) and now I play the guitar" Я сейчас играю на гитаре means that I am playing the guitar now.

How do you come to school? I don't think this is right...
Как ты приходишь в школу или как приходишь ты в школу?
Как ты добираешься до школы? or На чем ты добираешься до школы?
"приходить" means only "come on foot". Here "добираться" translates to the English "to get" How do you get to school?

    I come by bus?
I'm not sure how to say this either... But if someone can help me, thanks.
Я добираюсь на автобусе (на машине, на трамвае, пешком)
I get (to school) by bus (by car, by street-car, on foot).
Люди с годами не меняются, они просто все больше становятся самими собой.

Я её люблю and Я люблю её are both correct.
But if you want to emphasize that fact that you really LOVE her you can (and must) say Я люблю её!

Concerning Я тебе покажу and Я покажу тебе :
If you want to show something you can say both too, the second version is emphasized on the word покажу. Like it's my responsibility to show you, or you were asked to show something or so long.
But use it carefully, sometimes it means "I'll show you" in sense you are in rage or somebody bothered you alot.
Мы выбираем путь, идем к своей мечте,
И надо не свернуть с пути уже нигде.
И стоит шаг пройти, заносит время сле-ед,
Обратного пути у жизни просто нет.
