    I see this a ton

    I see these words in almost all my letters from my friend, and my translator dont work so well.I can guess one of them.
    I put them in latin symbols just incase if they wont show

    Классная (Klassnaya/ class?) Людмилка(lUdmilka) ЮЕУОП(Ueuop)

    Классная=cool
    Людмилка=diminutive of Liudmila

    Don't know the other one.

    Классная is the feminin form of классный which means classy or cool.

    Людмилка is diminutive of Дюдмила.

    Dont know what ЮЕУОП means.

    My guess is "eueop" is some twisted form of "ёп" or "ёпт", which means "oops".

    I think it's some Russian word in the wrong encoding (when an ordinary text transforms into nonsense written in capital letters).

    Even if it's not the word is not common and probably invented by the person who use it.

    Not really, most likely the letter was written in latinics, that's why TS gave the words' cyrillic transliteration.

    Anyway, whatever it is, it's not right.

    It is koi8->win1251 miscoded "чесно" that is misspelled "честно" - frankly/honestly.
