I will appreciate if someone can help me with the translation of the following word into Russian:

One envelope bidding - can it be translated as Одноконвертная заявка
Two envelope bidding - Двух-конвертная заявка (does it sound right?)

I think you may want to wait for a better translation than mine to your RFS , but based on the general norms of Bureaucratic Russian, I would say those terms could be translated into something like: "совмещённое или разделённое предложение на тендер".
